Return Policy

All sale items, local art/crafts purchases, and special order items are final sales.

We offer an exchange or store credit on all regularly stocked merchandise. 

Call us at 251.438.6788 or contact us at  insideupmobile@gmail.com within 5 days to receive a Return Authorization Number which must be printed on the outside of the box.  Exchanges and store credits will be issued within 10 days of our receiving the merchandise.  Shipping or insurance will not be refunded.

All returns must be insured and shipped prepaid via UPS or Federal Express.  Insurance is for your protection in case items are damaged in transit.   Please repackage items carefully to avoid damage, include the invoice, and all original tags. 
If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will reimburse your shipping costs.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.

Shipping Policy

Inside Up ships via USPS in the USA. If you want priority or express delivery, or other shipping options, please call 1.251.438.6788.

Inside Up will ship your order within 3 working days if stock is available.  Night, weekend, or Holiday orders will be shipped by mid-week. 

Inside Up is known for having a wide variety of unique, quality merchandise.   If an item is not in stock it is possible there will be a slight delay in obtaining it from the vendor.  If we cannot ship the item(s) to you within 14 days of your order, we will notify you to give you the option to change or cancel your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order.

Insurance is available for your protection in case items are damaged in transit.  Inside Up will not be responsible for damaged merchandise shipped uninsured.

Orders shipped to an Alabama address will have a 4% sales tax added in accordance with Alabama state tax laws.  If the shipping address is outside of the state of Alabama, there is no sales tax charge.
